It appends the values to an array, which gives you an array of arrays with the values, which is what you want when you're transforming JSON into CSV. $cols, $rows @csv puts the column headers. Takes JSON data either through POST data or file upload. It then spits out a CSV with your data. CSVs can also be opened in Excel which you can then save as a xls or xlsx file.
