Go to the Mailings tab and click on the tab 'Start Mail Merge;' it should be on the left side of the Mailings panel. Then select recipients and either make a list, or find a file if you already made one by choosing 'Use existing list.' Type your letter, and press 'Add merge field' whenever you need to use something from your list. In step 7 of the Mail Merge wizard, click Find to open a dialog box that allows searches within the document. Personalize document. As with step 6, when editing the document, the wizard shrinks to small window. Click on this window to expand the wizard to its full size. Step 8: Save, print or send. You have now completed the mail merge process.
